Service & Pricing
Please note that service and product prices are subject to change without notice.
Core Essence reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service or content at any time without prior notice. We shall not be held liable to you or to any third party, for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. Appointments are subject to availability and location of business premises. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Bookings & Cancellations
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining 50% is due at your appointment.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellations within 3 hours of your scheduled appointment or failure to attend will be considered a no-show, and the full treatment fee will be charged to the card on file.
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to send someone else in your place to avoid losing your deposit.
Last-minute bookings can be made by calling the spa directly at (03) 7001 9745.
Appointment confirmation via SMS and/or email is considered acknowledgment of this policy .
Arrival
To enjoy the full benefit of your spa experience, please arrive at your scheduled treatment time.
A courtesy SMS reminder will be sent 1 day prior to your appointment.
Mobile Phones
Out of respect for other guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones are kept on silent while in the spa.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may reduce the duration of your treatment, as appointments begin and end as scheduled out of consideration for all clients. We strongly encourage timely arrival.
Cancellation Policy
We respect our clients’ time and expect the same in return. Please be aware that our Cancellation Policy is strictly adhered to. We understand that unforeseen situations may require you to reschedule or cancel an appointment, however we kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice for any cancellation or alteration of a scheduled appointment, otherwise you will lose your deposit. Cancellations within 3 hours of your scheduled treatment time, or failure to arrive will be considered a ‘no-show’ and the full treatment price will be charged to the card on file. If possible, please feel free to send someone else on your behalf for the treatment should you be unable to attend the appointment. Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgment of this policy.
Core Essence Gift Vouchers
Vouchers must be redeemed by calling the spa on (03) 7001 9745 and can be used to secure scheduled appointments and also to redeem cancellation charges. Core Essence disclaims any responsibility for any that are lost or stolen. The purchase of a Gift Voucher confirms acknowledgment of this policy.
Lost or stolen vouchers are not the responsibility of Core Essence.
Vouchers & Packages can’t be refunded or redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for any other promotion.
Purchase confirms acceptance of these terms.
Gift Voucher Booking Policy:
To secure your preferred treatment and therapist, you must provide either your online gift voucher number or a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking for any physical gift cards. You may be asked for a valid credit card number to secure your booking.
If your treatment cost exceeds the value of the voucher, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the additional amount is required.
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
Please treat your gift vouchers like cash. They must be presented on arrival. Core Essence gift vouchers are fully redeemable on all products and treatments from the Core Essence menu and strictly exclude in–spa promotions.
In-Spa Promotional Voucher Terms:
Vouchers are valid only for services listed on our website.
They cannot be applied toward spa products.
They may not be combined with other gift vouchers or promotions, and they are limited to first time clients.
Not available for redemption with a gift voucher.

Core Essence is honoured to redeem valid, unexpired Spa Nirvana vouchers under the following conditions:
Redeemable only for treatments from our Spa Package and Self-Care Package menus
Cannot be used on retail products
May be restricted to certain days/times
Only one voucher can be used per visit
Do not book online with Spa Nirvana vouchers—doing so will result in cancellation and loss of deposit
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed

Group Bookings
We welcome group bookings!

We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, and Mastercard.
Please note: A surcharge applies to credit card transactions.
Spa Etiquette
New guests: Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete a client form
Inform us of medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy at the time of booking
Disposable underwear is provided for body wraps/scrubs; you may bring your own for post-shower treatments
Gentlemen: We recommend shaving before a facial for best results
Please leave valuables at home; Core Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen items
For a peaceful environment, children are not permitted in the spa
